A City Home, Thoughtfully Put Together
There are spaces designed to impress and then there are spaces designed to be lived in. Our work on the Rockwell Model Unit, completed on May 23, 2025, was about creating the latter.
As our first model unit project, the goal was clear: to shape a home that feels complete, comfortable, and quietly refined, a place that reflects what city living can look like when every piece has a purpose.
Designing a Home in the City
A model unit isn’t just about showcasing furniture. It’s about telling a story. One that lets you imagine waking up here, hosting friends here, and coming home here after a long day.
For Rockwell, we curated a mix of furniture, lighting, and accessories that balance function with warmth. From anchor pieces like the Lhanna Sofa, Difera Dining Table, and Shiloo Wood Bed Frame, to smaller details like side tables, rugs, lamps, and decor, each item played a role in building a space that feels cohesive and livable.
Layered, Not Overdone
The home was styled with intention layered textures, soft lighting, and pieces that feel familiar without being predictable. Storage solutions like the Maemo Drawer, Robyn Cabinet, and Harria Cabinet kept the space practical, while accent pieces like the Jolee Table Lamp, Lycht Floor Lamp, and framed artworks added personality.
Nothing was meant to stand out on its own. Everything was meant to work together.
A Model Unit That Feels Like Home
The finished space captures what we believe a city home should be: comfortable, efficient, and easy to imagine yourself in. It’s polished without feeling stiff, styled without feeling staged.
This project set the tone for how we approach residential styling, creating spaces that don’t just look good, but feel right.
For us, the Rockwell Model Unit isn’t just a display. It’s a vision of your perfect home in the city.
