DELIVERY AND LEAD TIME

In-Stock:

  • Dispatch within 5-7 working days upon confirmation of order and payment within Cebu and Mandaue City

Pre-Order:

  • Lead time may vary from 1 month to 3 months depending on the item.
  • Once the items are delivered at Lines & Colours warehouse, a Lines&Colours staff will contact you regarding delivery and confirmation.
DELIVERIES OUTSIDE OF CEBU CITY
  • For orders coming from outside of Cebu City, please contact us regarding your order and location.
  • We are happy to assist you in your inquiries.
PAYMENT METHODS
  • Acceptable payment methods are bank deposit, Gcash or Check. Bank details will be sent to you once you confirm your order.
  • Instock Items - processing of purchase and delivery of the parcel will begin upon confirmation of order.
  • COD - Cash on Delivery is not available.
  • Items for Pre Order - 50% Downpayment and 50% on delivery is required.

  • Lines & Colours is happy to assist you in your projects. Let us handle the difficulty of sourcing furniture and scheduling delivery to your site ready for move in.

  • Discounts are given for bulk orders, depending on the items.

  • Products under the store tab are in stock but it is best to send us an inquiry first.

Pre - Order

  • These items are on a pre-order basis.
  • Customers can do an indent order for the products that are not available.
  • Pre orders’ lead time may range from 1 month to 3 months.
