Shipping policy
The option of self collection is available and can only be done at our Lines&Colours Warehouse located at 2368 H Abellana St. Canduman Mandaue, Cebu Philippines.
Inform our sales team for self collection and we will make arrangements.
Local Delivery (within Cebu City and Mandaue City)
During checkout, enter your address and choose the ship option. Click the "continue to shipping" button.
Local delivery is available for addresses within Cebu City and Mandaue City. If the local delivery option does not show up during checkout, your order is not eligible for local delivery. When your order is ready for delivery, our delivery team will contact you for scheduling. Local delivery fees may vary depending on delivery location and time depends on availability of our Delivery Team.
Scheduling of Local Delivery
- Our Sales Team will reserve a delivery slot for the customer subject to availability.
- Our inhouse deliveries will be scheduled in timeslots and we are in instances unable to deliver at specific or fixed timing.
- Any rescheduling of deliveries is best to be done 3 working days in advance and will be subject to availability.
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays and depends on the logistics partner.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Fees may vary depending on your location and will be charged upon check out. Our team may contact you in case of additional shipping fees.
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s) for easy communication with the logistic partner.
Separating Delivery Dates and Locations:
Should you require your order to be sent separately, you will be charged a delivery fee for any additional deliveries.
Lines & Colours Home Decor is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
When receiving delivery of the order, the customer or appointed person shall inspect the item(s) and surroundings (home/delivery venue) before the delivery team leaves the premises. Should there be any defects, please alert the delivery team and note it down on the delivery order. Alternatively, you can also write to hello.linesandcolours@gmail.com with a short description and with photos attached. The team will revert to you in 3 working days.
Should the customer not comply with this, we reserve the right to reject any claim.
Please note that once the delivery order is signed off, it is deemed that the order has been received in good order.
Terms
The customer shall be wholly responsible for ensuring that the purchased items can fit in the room or location of choice and can be delivered through all internal and external entry points by verifying building access, lift access and all doorway measurements. External access from the loading bay or car park to the delivery area must be clear and accessible with no blockage, and the internal (inside) area where the furniture will be placed must also be clear and accessible for placement of furniture. In the event that accessibility causes a delivery to be unsuccessful, no refunds or exchange will be allowed.
Should the delivery be unsuccessful for any reason, the delivery will be rescheduled to the next delivery slot subject to availability and at the expense of the client. This is to avoid causing delays or disruptions to subsequent deliveries planned for the day.
Lines&Colours reserves the right to change the delivery date due to any unforeseen circumstances. We will act within our means to notify you at the soonest of any possible delays or difficulties. We will not be liable for any inconvenience, loss, damages, charges or expenses that may arise from any delays, postponements, incomplete or unfulfilled deliveries.
